I purchased a new Trane unite from Scott Mullins at Woods a few years ago. The new system has drastically lowered my electric bill, and keeps my house comfrotable year round. I just called for routine service, and Brandon was a delight! I had a few questions, which he answered for me, and he completed my tune-up with a smile. Highly recommend Woods!

In the four years we have been in Roanoke, Woods Family Heating and Cooling has taken care of our H & V needs. Every technician that has been here has been courteous and professional. We save money by prepaying for semi yearly inspections of our heating and a/c units. I don't think they can be beaten for quality of service.
